At Wordley Martin, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the invoice date.
Eligibility & Conditions
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- A refund will be issued to the original form of payment, minus:
- Initial shipping costs (when applicable)
- A 5% restocking fee (when applicable)
- A 3% merchant credit card fee (if originally paid by card)
Order Cancellations & Return Shipping
- If an order is cancelled after shipment, or a return is initiated after delivery, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If returned products require cleaning or repairs, the cost will be deducted from the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Arena footing materials
- Custom arena installations
- Any products that have been used, installed, or altered
